Charter Policies

These policies apply to all charter reservations.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure a reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. After booking, you'll receive an email confirmation with boarding location and instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before your reservation date.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe for boating, we reschedule to a mutually convenient date rather than sailing in unsafe conditions.

Age Requirements

The renter must be 18 years or older. There is no minimum age for passengers.

Food & Beverage

Guests may bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol.

Prohibited Items

Non-service pets, smoking, and illegal drugs are not permitted on board.

Minimum Charter Length

All charters have a 2-hour minimum. Overnight and multi-day charters are available by custom quote.
